I had a great experience here and wanted to thank the team. I stopped in to purchase paint with my son, and Chris was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the right color. Everyone was kind and welcoming, especially to my toddler who wanted to explore.
Janice at the front was also wonderful and welcoming! Such friendly, positive service from start to finish!
We have had very positive interactions with folks at this Ace Hardware. Everyone welcomes you as you see them and asks if you need assistance. Their prices are reasonable so long as you remember you're in an establishment that is individually owned and you are not at one of the big box stores. I like that I can find someone in like 10 seconds to assist me if I need it.
Special mention for Mike. He is an incredible asset to this store. He seems to be crossed trained in every aspect of the store operations and is very knowledgeable. I only shop at this Ace because he works here. I find the rest of the employees to be very capable and respectful in their jobs as well.
This store has a nice selection of affordable goods that you will not find in the other Big Box stores. One of the main reasons I choose to shop here. Overall, this is a great store.

Janice was friendly and helpful when I stopped by ACE last Sunday. She made sure I found what I needed and had everything before I checked out. The level of attention is EXCELLENT customer service! An example for all.
I often purchase hardware at Ace in Orlando but was at this location a short time ago to pick up parts for a job. The teller (Janice) was very helpful in directing me to the aisle that I could find my material and quickly checked me out. A real asset to the business.
Stopped in at the recommendation of our contractor to buy a Green Egg for out new outdoor kitchen. KP was extremely helpful in finding everything on our list that we needed, even gave us a deal on a slightly ripped bag of lump charcoal and then had 2 associates help load our car. I have not seen customer service such as this in years! The ladies at the front register were super friendly as well! I found the prices to be very reasonable as well. I’ll definitely be back!
