Ace Hardware

We moved to Navarre in September and Ace was one of the first stop since we needed something for the house.

Thomas help us out the first time and honestly the best person to run into the first time moving into the area. He is full of knowledge of everything in store, food recommendations, fishing recommendations.

He was so nice I walked out of there with a new recteq smoker. HAHA!

Thomas and Rick came to drop off the smoker and assembled it for us.

Everyone is welcoming everytime we walk into ACE. Thomas is just our favorite!

I absolutely love this store. I’m not handy at all, but I just love coming here. I need to reiterate, I am NOT handy, my husband jokes I don’t know the difference between a wrench and a hammer, but he sends me in bc he’ll be too tempted to buy everything for “future projects”. Whenever I go in there’s always someone who asks immediately if I need help. I mean, I know I look lost, and I am very thankful to have a guide. They’re always SO friendly and SO helpful. Today my husband send me in for lag BOLTS. He very specifically said BOLTS. A gentleman helped me and asked what it was for and told me no, I needed lag SCREWS. So I bought both just to be sure. My husband laughed because he did indeed need screws, not bolts. They saved me two trips. LOVE this ACE.

On January 16, 2026, I came in looking for a specialty bit to remove the storm curtain anchors from my house. Martha went above and beyond while helping me find the right bit. She opened a set of bits that we thought would work, and then came up with a creative way to alter the bit when it didn’t fit. I am grateful for Martha’s out-of-the-box thinking and determination to help me. Ultimately, I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed and am happy with the service I received at my friendly neighborhood Ace Hardware.

Super helpful,,, they don’t normally do returns to add coupons which is totally understandable but since their owner owns the store I bought the item from and I talked to the that store manager about the situation, the lady at the desk was able to help me out this one time, after explaining my situation. The $5 off in-store coupon did work with no problem, I do want to point out though she told me never seen this type of coupon before which I thought was funny considering it from the website for signing up for email & text notifications. Super kind and nonjudgmental! Would recommend and go back.

Buddy at Ace Hardware was incredibly helpful during my recent visit! I was looking for items related to a kitchen faucet and dishwasher, and he guided me through every step with ease. His knowledge and friendly attitude made the experience effortless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Buddy and this store for anyone needing hardware assistance!
