I picked up a pocket hose from William. I had called on the phone to make sure they had one in stock and he assured me that he would hold onto the one that was there unless someone online ordered it so I got there about 15 minutes later and had the pleasure of talking with William joking with William I mentioned I hope it connects to my old hose and he came out to my car made sure it would connect to the 25 foot one I already had I have in my life. I had more of an amazing sales person that I literally would like to adopt them as one of my grandchildren he will understand when he reads this who I am and thank you for hiring such a pleasant young man

We went to buy a well pump today and Anson at the check out counter was wonderful. We were rewards members and he assisted us with getting a discount which really made our day. He changed our address as we had an old address on file to be sure we get discounts on the future. What excellent customer service and outstanding employee.

I had to leave a 5 star review for how friendly and helpful the staff were here. One associate turned the train in for my kids to see, which was super sweet. He was very helpful with the Cub Scout uniforms and info as well. The associate checking us out was great both times I’ve been (we had to return some items and swap out for the correct ones). The store was also clean and fully stocked. Thank you!

This five star review is about Zack’s exceptional service and care! Zack must be the personality hire, all other employees should take notes! I was showing a few properties in area, needed to pass time. So I figured I would stop in this Ace Hardware for a couple trinkets, because Ace in Titusville, has friendly service, and a great trinket Florida selection colorful Yeti’s tumblers, Florida cutting boards, Florida local stickers, keys, sunglasses etc. so I was very excited to see their selection in Malabar! Which was disappointing the selection was very low in stock; home keys, #1 Dad key, stickers and Yeti’s colors were okay. If the baby blue color is popular and trending why not order more? Anyway, I forgot my wallet, so I had to come back inside. So twice no one said anything to me, greets, assists or asks if you need anything which is fine I didn’t need anything this time highlighting for management. My experience here was not memorable expect for Zack! Zack was the first person I spoke too, and I was leaving lol! Zack took his time while checking me out, didn’t rush me, made conversation and encouraged my purchase! I’m happy I went with his choice, my custom Yeti tumblers turned out amazing!!! YOU GO ZACK! ! Keep that positive, uplifting customer service attitude! Truly makes a difference! I’m not in a rush to come back, but will try again. PS. The parking lot paint stripes are very faded, need better signage from road especially driving from the north side. I came in and out thru the “exit” side.
