I'm done buying Craftsman for life. 40 yrs wasted.. You have to scan a QR Code Take pics then told to mail all tools 51!!! to them. After taking useless pictures, 3 days worth of emails, worst experience ever. Don't buy craftsman anything its made in china now not usa sadly. went to all local craftsman retailers and employees had no intrest in helping exchange even one tool at all 3 in person unbelievable experience. I will be getting rid of ALLL my craftsman tools now once replacements arrive.. god willing. Expensive for nothing

I stopped by Ace Hardware today and Matthew helped me find the exact screw I needed. He took the time to carefully match the exact size, length, and round-head table screw I was looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. At just 18 years old, he already shows a level of customer service that’s rare to see these days. You are very lucky to have him on your team — he represents your store extremely well!

Really like this ACE store. The service is what you would expect from a ACE store, Excellent! They are wheelchair accessible. This store has a lil bit of everything. Always find something i want here. They also refill propane for BBQ here. Great staff! Enjoy coming to this store, it's like an adventure!

Very helpful men and women. I only needed 2 screws. It was like a mad rush of people back in the screws and bolts area. I looked diligently, I even had what I needed with me! But, alas, my eyes seem to be getting dim. So I waited about 2 minutes and a man came up back and was making sure everyone was taking care of. I showed him what I needed, and a minute later I was in my car. So, my reminder for today was that good things happen if you just have patience. Those guys were getting stopped by everyone! And, they handled it professionally, and gave each buyer their time, time permitting. I looked around and picked up some items. I was surprised that my code worked here in Florida! I love my Ace. Seems like the employees do too.

No point in using online pickup. I ordered for supposedly 15 minute pickup and 40 minutes later it was still not ready. I went to the store. There are no signs as to where to go for online pickup. So I wait in line at the front. When I'm finally up they tell me it's in the back. When I get there no one is there and I stand there for around 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. After that I just grab the two items I needed and cancel my online order.
