Associates were all friendly and respectful AND knowledgeable from the moment I walked in and received a smile and greeting to the help in finding "S" hooks to joking with me about my "impulse shopping!" Cashier who checked me out was so nice!

I visited Ace Hardware in Cape Hayes, Florida because they had a brand new Ninja FlexFlame Propane Grill & Outdoor Cooking System in stock. I’ve always enjoyed cooking on my ninja grills and this is a larger unit that will allow me to do more.
There were the only store in the area that carried one. When I went, I didn’t think I would actually buy one that day. They included assembly and delivery and a free refill on propane tank, a deal I couldn’t pass up. Had the grill delivered a couple of days later placed right where I wanted it and my experience with Ace Hardware at cape Hayes was extremely positive. A little bit of a drive from Venice, Florida, but worth the trip.
The Ace Store in Placida, Florida is great, especially if you only need to pick up a few things for a DIY project. The sales staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store
I ordered 3 crystals cases of spring water that was available and placed in my cart on April 2, 2025. The money for 19.23 was debited from my account. I later get an email stating order can not be picked up due to cancellation by customer or by store because it was unavailable. I do not have the waters nor my 19.23 . I was told it would be returned to my account in a few days. I will not be ordering from Ace in the future because this is a poor business practice and an unacceptable way of treating customers. Where is the quick pro quo? I am left empty handed.
