Had the best experience with Accurate Power and Technology! Dan was my sales agent and he answers all questions I had very quickly even after the contract was signed. He was also very informative about the company and the options I could go with for home stand-by power. Shae was great to work with as the project manager. He kept me informed as to what was happening with the project and took care of any issues that came up. Jordan was our head Electrician that did the transfer switch install, generator hook up and moved the circuits to be protected from the main panel into the sub-panel. He was very nice and knowledgeable. When Orange County came out to inspect the electrical work the inspector said "This is the best work I have ever seen!" He and I both agreed that this was a very clean install. I also purchased a cut-out adapter to have a hot water heater not be powered by the generator when on generator power. We had issues with the first two units. Accurate Power and Technology kept at it and used a manufacture with a better track record and installed that unit (It was not Generac).

They also work with the propane company so you don't have to schedule that work outside of their work. Makes it way more easy for the project overall. They will give you options of tank size and if you want it underground or not.

Overall I was very impressed with the sales, install and service we have gotten. I would suggest everyone go to Accurate Power and Technology for any generator install or service needs.

Edit 1/25/23: Dropping down to four stars as service department is hard to get ahold of and to get service technicians out. Wanted to add surge protector to ATS had to pay up front, part came in which was wrong part and had to wait three months for part. I call the manufacture myself and they said the new protectors are in stock but they ordered version 1 of the product which is backordered. Finally got it installed but had issues with generator after power to controller restored. Had to wait another month for techs to come out to fix. Had another issue pop up, called a another local service provider and they sent a tech out the next day.

APT completed our generator and transfer switch installation and everything works just as expected! Everyone we worked with at APT was very courteous and answered all of our questions as they came up. We started this process during storm season so it took a little longer than expected but we are very pleased with the outcome, thank you for meeting our backup power needs!

I originally ordered a 24KW from Lowes but they cancelled my order due to back orders. Then they told me I could get a 32KW from APT. The price they quoted me was about $9000.00 cheaper the Costco and Home Depot! I buy most everything from Costco but not this time the price difference was just too much. I am sure Lowes under bided the job but the owner Sonny agreed to complete the job and I am pretty sure he either lost money or didn't make any money. He called me and was friendly and professional
His crew worked long and hard at this project. They were all very professional and courteous. The generator was tested and it ran all 3 of my air conditioners at the same time. I would highly recommend this company. I called Generac and they said I had a 5 year limited warranty but when I checked with APT they "sold" me a 7 year excellent warranty included in my already very low price!! The unit is very quite for a four cylinder turbocharged engine.
Originally I was going to use my own electrician to do this job. I am so glad I didn't! This is not a 1 man job. I had between 2 and 5 people here each day that they worked on it. It is a huge complicated job. I do not recommend hiring your own electrician.

I want to give you some feedback. Every worker sent to my home by Accurate Power during the installation did a great job, they were professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after their part in the process and kept me informed. I also would like to thank the office personnel, especially Haley & Kim, for always being extremely helpful in all aspects.
I purchased the extended service contract and look forward to many years of peace of mind.

Accurate Power did an awesome job with the planning, engineering, equipment & materials procurement and construction of my whole house on site Kohler Generator. They took the time each step of the way to insure a quality job. Every employee I had the pleasure to speak or deal with on site seemed committed to the project and their company. I really appreciate the end result which just passed the final city inspection with flying colors. Thank you Accurate Power for a job well done!
