I had a no heat situation, I called spoke with Zach who was able to promptly send out service tech, Max, who was very polite, friendly, professional and arrived right on time.
My system is very old, but he was able to diagnose and get heat working.
There are underlying problems with my system that were explained and costs were quoted to me.
The quote seemed very reasonable and was presented to me in a relaxed, no pressure manner, allowing me the time to make a thoughtful decision.

I have only the best things to say about everyone I interacted with at AC Heroes. Zach, the owner, was in constant communication with us, updating and helping us every step of the way. Max, the first technician who came to our home, spent hours speaking to Bosch, trying to find some way to repair our unit. Sadly, the unit was totally fried, following a power surge during a lightening storm. Luckily, Zach was able to help us find a new unit to install and had a team out within days to install the new system. Mike, Matt, and Tony who came out to install the new system were all incredibly professional, polite, and took the time to explain to me all I needed to know. They did a wonderful install and the new unit and handler looks great! Thank you all for everything you did for my family!
