I got an estimate for 4 tall but skinny pine trees, I had two other estimates for $500 and $600 respectively and this company's representative came over and estimated the job at $1200 and had the nerve to tell me that they have a lot of overhead and don't offer any discounts or price matching. Customers can care less about your overhead, they want a fair price and not to be bilked by companies like this one. They are too expensive and don't offer anything special to justify the cost differential.

I made a desperate call to many local tree services when my cat was stranded in a tree. This is the only one who showed up. Husband and wife team (I think) who were professional and very kind. Their price was more than reasonable given the stress of the situation. I appreciated their service.

Used them years ago, then they were a service oriented company with great employees. We have sent them dozens of referrals over the years, now the company representative is just rude/ unhappy . If you do not like your job, find a different one. I will find a company happy to take my money that does not think it is acceptable to berate a customer .
