I had checked many septic repair services and plumbing supply houses for a 6-inch riser to fit the 30-in opening of my septic tank. I finally called Abbott's and spoke to Walt who said he would check for me. He called me back and told me that he had a part that would fit and the price was far and away the best I had found. When I went to pick up the part, I was impressed with the quality in spite of the low price.

Abbotts had next day availability and their technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to maintain our septic moving forward. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Abbott’s Septic Service. I called them late Thursday afternoon and they had someone out to my property the very next morning. Ken called me 30 minutes before coming to my home to ensure I would be home. He was so professional yet extremely pleasant at the same time. He took the time to educate me on septic tanks since I’m a new homeowner. He really cares about his clients and takes such pride in his work and it absolutely shows. He is such an asset to your company and I will recommend you to all of my neighbors and friends.

Abbotts' septic service is excellent! Ken was so helpful, knowledgeable and a really nice person. My tank was hard to get to because of roots and quite a mess inside. Ken was able to get it all cleaned out and tested the drain field. He gave me good advice on maintenance and left the area clean. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
