We are super pleased with our new windows and doors! Corbin was very prompt and accurate with the quote. Shalonda is always very sweet and professional when scheduling or answering any questions. Edgar and Cesal were amazingly talented to watch working their majic during the installation to make our condo windows and doors safe and asthetically beautiful. This was not an easy task, as or building is over 60 years old and not exactly squared up with settling over the years. It was also nice to meet Cuba, the owner, which stopped by to make sure all was going smoothly. These are a wonderful bunch of people that really take pride in their products and service!

This company is terrible. Do. It trust them. They installed a track on my sliding door with no drains. Crystal Hanks, owner, continuously lies. She lied in the BBB report stating they had a new track to install (for the one they installed with no drains) and that I had not been available. They were a no show on 3 occasions. I found out yesterday that the track was ordered on 9-22-25 one week after I filed the BBB report. They destroyed many things in and outside my home. Cut 3” off my screen track and refuse to come back out. They are trying to charge my HOA $2500 for this terrible cracked stucco that needs to be redone. They refuse to honor my warranty until the HOA or I pay them this crazy amount of money. I was not involved with the HOA agreement and never agreed to pay them more than the $19,000 cash I paid upfront. I had to hire someone to do the finish work, baseboards, trim and caulk around the windows. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I have had a great experience with Abaco! They were knowledgeable about the grant process through MySafeFlHome from Jake to Shalonda and Crystal. Jake was thorough and patient with window choices and communication. The installers were polite, respectful and thorough with cleaning and even helped with my blinds. The windows are great and my house feels and looks awesome!! Thank you so much!

Although the window repair started with some issues, the company's customer service led to a positive outcome. The team arrived late, and the wrong glass size was installed by accident.

However, the company addressed the issue immediately. The office manager was great at communicating, efficient, was able to empathize, and reassure me that there was going to be a swift resolution. Which actually happened!

The service tech worked hard and after hours to order the correct glass and complete the job. The next day, both owners came to the job site to ensure the glass had arrived and the installation was done correctly.

The owners' commitment to quality control was impressive. Despite the initial problem, the job was completed professionally. The owners' response turned a potential issue into an example of good customer care. This company is recommended for those seeking quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

Having windows in my home that are beginning to show wear and tear over the years are a bit concerning. But I am relieved to know that Abaco Windows will be giving me a free estimate so that I can plan for my future window repairs!

Had all the windows and a sliding door replaced at my home in Port Orange. I could not be more pleased with that decision. Abaco gave me an excellent price for that service, and took care of everything from there. The installers did an excellent job and left zero mess. The windows look and function perfect. I had about 15 minutes of paint touch up and that was all. Thank you Abaco for a job well done
