I have been using there service for nearly 6 years. At the start it was wonderful, but lack in consistency and employees on the NW side of town service after many many attempts to stay loyal talk with them and try to fix the problem continued to decline. To the point today an edited photo of our pool was sent to us about it being cleaned. Although as you can see from photos taken right after it’s a disaster. And after reaching out instead of the company trying to fix or apologize for another bad week they felt better to let us go as a client because we “ apparently aren’t happy with service” can anyone look at these photos and tell me you’d be happy? After paying $135 a month for a clean pool? I do not at all recommend and rarely ever feel the need to leave a review for anyone.

We contracted them to build our pool and deck. The owner came out and talked a great game and promised it would get done in a timely manner. Well, it took 8 months for them to finish it and ripped the electric meter off the side of my house when they hit the power line while digging. The foundation of my house was exposed and washed out because the hole was open for so long. Upon completion, they offered me a deal to maintain it to make up for the time it took. The service was good for a while but became sporadic when they started losing techs. The management insisted that it was being done, but I have cameras that prove that it wasn’t and , when it was, they were only spending 5 minutes start to finish. The pool deck developed major cracks due to an oversight on their part( no expansion joint where the deck joined an old slab), and after a year of reporting it the owner came and looked and said he would have someone come to repair it in a couple of weeks. Well, that was on January 11, it is now August 23 and I never heard another word from the company. I see several positive posts here, but all I can say is, get everything in writing and have a completion date with penalties if it’s not done.
Update ……
At the beginning of September an employee showed up to do the repairs, which involved putting a skim coat over the areas that had cracks and spraying the rough finish, but not painting the repaired areas, I did the painting myself . One of the broken tiles was replaced ( there were 2, side by side). Most of the cracks have reappeared exactly where they were before, so it looked good for a few months . I have added pics of their “ finished” job.

My Pool is always clean and full of sparkles after it is cleaned! I’m super happy with the service!

Want to say how much we appreciate Matt.We had some pool problems a couple of months ago and Matt has solved our problems. He is very patient answering the various questions he is asked. His comments and suggestions have been very helpful the past few months. Thanks Matt and all A-quality pool employees

A Quality is sooooo good on service. They are available for call back or questions. We have had their since they built our pool in ‘21. I used to care for a pool in St Pete and could never get it quite right. Green pools are not fun. You will not be sorry to have them working on your pool. It is such a relief to go on vacation and comeback to a pristine pool ready to go. Ray has his eyes open for any problems which is helpful. We appreciate Ray so much as well as the owners. Plus Ray is best buds with our cat!
