Having a mold issue in your home can be a stressful situation for the whole family. It was very comforting to know that I could rely on John and his team to complete the remediation project in quick order. They are highly professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and great communicators. They showed up on time and most importantly, their work was of excellent quality. John and his team are first class professionals. The waterline came loose on my icemaker and flooded my kitchen and dining room. With laminate floor it was a disaster. John was onsite in less than 24 hours, let me know what to expect, and helped us identify the extent of the damage.
He made recommendations for working through an insurance claim and helped me be informed when dealing with contractors for repairs.
When removing materials he made sure it was all sealed up to protect my family.

John and his crew, Carlos and Freddie, were absolutely wonderful! My house was completely destroyed by a leak, so the entire house had to be remediated. John was wonderful and explained everything step-by-step. Every detail was attended to and they were absolutely meticulous! My A/C ducts looked spotless after Carlos and Freddie cleaned them. They arrived early and worked late. These days it is hard to find companies that stand by their work and live up to the commitments they make, but John not only lived up to his commitments, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend John! I'm truly sorry he doesn't handle any of the reconstruction of the house because I would hire him on the spot!
