I am so thankful for Mark's services and I would not trust anyone else with my computer! He is extremely dedicated to his customers. I am a student and my computer recently crashed two weeks before finals. I called Mark and he was able to quickly and efficiently reinstall all of my programs! Thanks to him, I now have my entire system set back up with absolutely no problems. I would recommend him for any computer issue if you want things done right!

Used Mark again to resolve issues with printer driver and computer. As before, a wonderful job at a reasonable price.A year ago,Mark did a great job repairing another computer and also provided a lot of information and advice in how to prevent problems. Was very reasonable. We really appreciated his service and my computer was totally restored. I plan to use him for "remote repairs" if I ever have problems again and am in another place.

It is with great pleasure that I can say that Mark is the best computer man I know. I first used Mark about 5 years ago when I had my first computer crash. I contacted Mark in total panic thinking I lost everything. After a few minutes on the phone he looked things over and said stop worrying I can save everything and I'll have you up and running in a short time. He did save everything, installed some tremendous software (no cost for the software) and had the computer running smooth and the fastest it ever did. Ever since I have used Mark 4 more times. He has fixed my 2 daughters' computers and my wife's computer. All with the same results. Even when I got a new laptop I did not care for the supplied software so I had Mark install all of his latest anti virus and anti malware software plus other important software. He sets it all up to run automatically. As long as I and my family have computers (forever) I will always use Mark at A+ 24 hour computer repair. To top it off his prices are very very reasonable.

I just used Mark's services for the 2nd time in the past 4 years. Once again, Mark had my computer working, better than new, in barely 2 hours time. Each time I've used Mark's services, it has been out of frustration with other techs who were not having success in solving my problems. Each time, Mark has fixed my computer in a matter of a couple hours. Bing, bang, boom. All by remote communication. This gentleman is REALLY THE BEST at what he does. I've never seen anyone better. Happy to recommend him without hesitation. He's FAST, FAST, and GOOD, GOOD. A +++ guy!
