Beautiful show room with plenty of great choices. Jeff was very helpful and the process was a quick one. The installers were top notch as they moved the all furniture prior to installation and put it back exactly as it was. I would highly recommend using this company.
This owner is very unprofessional and a scammer. I bought engineer Flooring showed me the sample. When the flooring arrived, it did not look at all the same. I said this is not the same Flooring . He suggested I rent a U-Haul truck and take it back. Seven hours drives and there will be no 20% restocking fee -once I return the merchandise he went and charged The 20% restocking fee. I told him he just made me go all the way to East Coast, Florida to drop it off. He didn’t care. I also bought some cabinets for kitchen. That’s another Disaster story. Here are the samples of the picture and the flooring that he delivered. I wouldn’t trust this man or give him any money upfront before you see the product - the flooring looked like a Home Depot vinyl instead of wire brushed he showed me at his shop, -please be careful. I will write and post kitchen cabinets on the next review. this shop owner is a con artist .

Jeff and his team did an amazing job replacing old carpet with beautiful engineered wood flooring in a home we just bought in Naples. He made the selection process actually fun and easy, and when we requested a "sooner" install, he accommodated us quickly! The work was quick and spotless, and I think we got an amazing price, especially given the quality of the materials and installation. I can whole-heartedly recommend 41 East Flooring!
after shopping around at several carpeting
vendors, my husband and I decided to forgo the big box stores and instead use a local vender. The process was easy, the salesperson was knowledgeable, the pricing was comparable to others, but the quality was better!
Wait time was short.....few weeks at most.
The installers were phenomenal! Very efficient, courteous and professional! They removed and put back all the furniture, taking great care in doing so, and left the rooms immaculate. No muss, no fuss.
All done in two hours!
I would highly recommend!!
