I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received. From my first phone call, to quoting, to the installation I have been impressed. They are knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend 365 Pools.
365 Pools has been a wonderful company to deal with. They installed a pool heater for us last winter, and also came to our house within one day to troubleshoot and fix a pool emergency related to our autofill. They fixed the problem and later installed a new autofill mechanism for us.
365 Pools has been responsive to our requests and provided excellent work. In addition, they are very nice. We plan to use them whenever pool expertise is needed.

While the techs are truly competent, friendly, and reliable, what really sets 365Pool apart as a service company are the ladies who answer the phone. What a real pleasure it is to find Judy, Shannon, or Allie on the other end of the line! They make me feel as though I am 365Pool's only customer, answering my call with a sincere greeting, by name (!), and within seconds of the phone ringing. And with them, English is their first language.
Oh how I wish more companies adopted 365Pool's phone procedures.
