I’d like to thank all the staff of Ace Hardware Orange Beach, FL for replacing the battery on my key fob. It turned out to be quite an ordeal because the fob fell apart into little pieces that the guys (Alex and Dr Bob) had to put back together. Then when the new battery didn’t appear to work we had to investigate further on YouTube and go deep into the owner’s manual. You all went above and beyond and I’d like to thank you all again, especially Alex, for your outstanding customer service.

Other than tight parking great local hardware store. This is part of several local family owned hardware stores. Always lots of employees ready to help you. They gave a little of everything. Paint dept is better than expected.

Every employee needs a key cutting refresh as these people can't seem to cut a working key for anything, or quit offering the service. We Went back 4 times and were treated worse at each subsequent trip as if we were a bother rather than them trying to make it right. Once, instead of cutting a new key, the boy ground on a key that did not work to save money I guess. We spent far too much time, gas, and energy for this endeavor. Zero Stars. Do not recommend. No apology at all. Treated poorly.

Really high prices, $17 for a basic non pleated air filter. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Orange Beach hardware. Same filter there was $5
