Mike Jones’s was great. He helped me design the best system for my home. Josh and his team did an impeccable job on the installation. They cleaned up every day. They take pride in their work. The team are long term employees and it showed with the level of experience they showed during the installation.
Easy Shutters (Gulf Coast Roll-a-Way) installed our hurricane shutters 14 years ago and have continued maintenance on them since we had them installed. Recently we had to have a motor replaced on one of the shutters and Tina, in the office, was so helpful and understanding when scheduling the repair. The service technicians, Dana and Justin, were very professional, polite and answered any questions asked.
We could not be more pleased with our recent hurricane shutter installation! From start to finish, Easy Shutter Services made the experience seamless - from our initial contact with Mike to the incredible installation team led by Josh and Terron. We have a huge enclosed, outdoor patio that was challenging to figure out how to protect, but Mike and his team worked with us until we arrived at a solution (a set of accordion shutters). We also purchased roll-up hurricane shutters for the majority of our home’s windows. Mike walked us through the entire process, helping us choose the best options for our home’s style and our safety needs.
Josh and Terron could not have been more detailed and efficient and pleasant during the multi-day installation. They were professional and could not have done a better job. They left the area clean every day and were respectful of our home!
It would be crazy to say we can’t wait until we use the shutters (it would be wonderful if we never have to!), but I know if we do, it will be much easier than the hurricane material we had previously.

Easy Shutter Services (a.k.a. Gulf Coast Roll-a-way) installed electric roll-a-way storm shutters and storm Bahama shutters at my home 6 years ago. They have been a GREAT product, and Willy and his crew have done a professional job whenever I have wanted cleaning or maintenance. I use my roll-up shutters all the time - not just during hurricanes. They block light, add security, and lift and lower at the flip of a switch. I highly recommend this company. Look around their website because they have many other types of products for storm protection and/or sun protection that might fit your needs. You will get great customer service and quality products.
We highly recommend this company. We got Bahama storm shutter s for our windows. They are just what we wanted and Mike made the process easy. The installation by Joshua and Terron was done very professionally. Worked hard and were extremely nice.
