Our take
A 1-3 bedroom community on Corbel Circle at the southern edge of the confirmed Villas CDP area, priced a step above some of its immediate neighbors. It offers the same general submarket as Pinnacle Estates and Seville but with a somewhat more polished leasing presentation.
