Very Disappointing Experience
We purchased a product from here and agreed on a specific delivery date. However, the delivery was delayed by one full day, which caused us serious inconvenience. Because of this delay, we were unable to stay at our home and had to spend the night in a hotel, paying additional costs out of our own pocket.
What made things even worse was that the company stopped answering our calls and never got back to us, despite several attempts to reach them. When they finally delivered the product, they offered no real apology or compensation for the trouble and expenses we had to cover because of their delay.
Overall, this company failed to keep its promises, showed poor communication, and took no responsibility for the damage caused to its customers.
When i tried to talk with Josh (owner), he was rude&arrogant.

I gotta say from the moment we walked in Josh was super informative and professional thanks for the best deals i recommend anyone that needs a good mattress ask for Josh
Scammers! They will deliver wrong mattress, and then your troubles begins. I even suspect that they are selling used mattresses with new covers. I paid for expensive mattress with pillow top and received hard mattress with cheap top from yellow foam rubber, absolutely different from what I ordered.
They do not answer the phones, and the customer service is just answering machine where you'll be told to leave your number - guess if they will call you back?... Never! Then you'll need to come to store to reach somebody and you will find there struggling people like you.
If you have a doubts - try to call to their "Customer service" pretending you have an issue and see what's happened.
I think all that positive reviews is fakes, a lest half of it looks suspicious. Don't trust them, they are scammers. Run. Bring your money to other stores, look for the big chain, where reputation is matter.
