I was in a rush when I walked in and intended on making a quick purchase. Guillermo acknowledged what I needed and made the process quick and efficient. The delivery crew was also efficient and respectful.

I wrote the above review 2 years ago because the store clerk promised if I write a positive Google review and show proof of it then they'd mail a memory foam pillow to my door in exchange. My pillow never arrived. Although I recieved curtious service I removed 2 stars for being coaxed into writing a positive review.

My mother and brother were helped by Guillermo, he was efficient and direct to questions, showed them all the choices. The prices are competitive and from door to door Guillermo made the process fast and easy. Delivery is included! Just take into account that if you are not happy with the mattress they will exchange it but for a $120 fee. They had advertised a free mattress cover or pillow came with the bed, but it never arrived.

They owe me money. I was over charged and never received my money. I stopped by several times. I was told the refund was acknowledged and in the computer system. I was shown several times by the salesperson that the refund was in the system on the computer screen and a lady by the name of Martha was going to fix it all. Worst of all if the salesperson over changes you, they have no control so your stuck. Never got refunded and it’s been over 6 months.

We just purchased a Kim tempurpedic breeze mattress with a tempur ergo premier base, Mr. Alexander was great , very professional and was able to get a very good discount from the original price, he helped all the way , he took his time to explained to us the difference between one selection to other. We are very please with the services he provides and our new mattress will be delivered this coming week in the day we selected . Thank you Alexander .
