Our sales person in Port Charlotte. Lynn, was just fantastic. She really spent time building the relationship and asking a lot of questions about what we were looking for in regards to style and size and finish and at the end of our conversation we had special ordered two Pallisar leather love seats that were custom fabricated for our new home. We just received delivery today and Chris and Tristan were very meticulous about handling the furniture, unwrapping it and placing it exactly where we wanted it in our living room. Bacon’s furniture exceeded our expectations and their staff are experienced. skilled, and customer service oriented! Five stars plus!

or an organization that represents such high-end furniture, I couldn't have been more ashamed of the owner's performance. My wife and I spent over 8k refurnishing our home over Thanksgiving (2025). Their advertisement promised free Televisions to customers who spent over $1,000. When looking for Ashley furniture in Port Charlotte, we compared it to the exact same Ashley furniture from our previous home in Colorado. We showed them the quote and asked if they could match the price. They couldn't, and were several hundred dollars higher, but we were impressed with our salesman and decided to go with them anyway. When we completed our sale, we asked when we could pick up the promised television. He then let me know that since we asked for a price match, which they didn't do, we were no longer able to get a TV. I asked to speak with the owner, which I did. He also stated that we were not going to get a TV. I stopped him in the conversation and said, "We aren't really in the least bit interested in a TV. We already have more than we need. But I was interested in the character of the promise given." We spent over 8k and were promised something that was not kept. It goes to the character of an organization. The owner then said, "I'll tell you what... We'll give you a $100 visa card, which we'll give you when we deliver your nice new furniture." The furniture was delivered without the 2nd promise being kept. I really don't need the $100 either, and I would have given it away to someone who needed it. The owner clearly didn't care about me, the end user/client. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone who expects Ashley Furniture/Port Charlotte to keep its word or back its product. The manufacturer will, but this company won't!

Bacon’s furniture was a pleasure to shop at. Our sales lady Lynn MacLachlan was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was on time. The delivery guys were careful about not hitting any walls or anything else. Very pleased with all aspects of our purchase!
