Used them for 5 years; had the same tech for about 3 of those 5 years and he was a nice guy, but even when new techs were assigned they also delivered quality service. Very customer service and detail oriented! Thanks AW!
They are great! Called up after a friend recommended them when I bought my new house. The pool was green and dirty, they sent John out and within 3 days I had a clean, beautiful, crystal clear pool! I've been using them for 2 months now and am extremely satisfied.
James was our pool tech and he went above and beyond to get out 135,000 gal pool back to new! After the Hurricane and some unkept maintenance our pool needed to be drained. James and his team came out and quickly got to work. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, on time, and well priced. Our pool is back and running and I feel a lot more educated on how to continue the care of this massive pool! Highly recommend pool wizard.
Absolutely stunning! We recently switched from Pinch-a-Penny to Aqua Wizards for our weekly pool service, and they have been amazing. We can tell that the tiles are scrubbed, filter is clean, and all debris is removed. Our technician does not dump their vacuum debris on the lawn like Pinch-a-Penny did (despite having a garbage can for debris next to the pump and filter), and they are very respectful of our property. Our pool is pristine, and we wish we had switched sooner!
Aqua Wizard continues to impress us! Their new technician, Scott, has decades of experience in properly maintaining a pool from technician to owner/management level! He found that Pinch-a-Penny improperly installed the pool pump by reversing the plumbing. It had been destroying filters and not actually cleaning the water. He took it upon himself to make it right, and now the pool is running in tip-top shape! Thank you Scott and Aqua Wizard!
We had another pool service for two years. Their business model is such that the tech leaves every two months or so. The service was consistently poor and we spent hundreds of dollars a year on recommended repairs to basic equipment.
