To say I’m impressed is an understatement! I had the chance this past week to tour Trust Roofing and spend time with Robin (the owner) and his team. What really stands out about Robin is his absolute obsession with quality, service, and the product he offers. You can tell he’s raising the bar for how roofing companies should operate.

As we toured the facilities, Robin introduced me to everyone with a genuine smile, speaking so highly of his staff—both in front of them and behind closed doors. It’s crystal clear he cares deeply about his team, crews, and—most importantly—the customers they serve.

While I was there, a husband and wife couple came in inquiring about a metal roof, and Robin educated them thoroughly—no pressure, no gimmicks—just honest pros and cons. He’s all about helping you make the best decision for your family. Seeing his vision for Trust Roofing, I’m not surprised they’ve earned such trust in Florida. Honestly, it’s an 11/10 experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for roofers like Robin who set the gold standard for customer experience!

Trust Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. When I say start, I mean from the first conversation with the staff. Olivia was great and got us set up with Daniel. Daniel got to our property quick (like the same day). He was extremely knowledgeable, which made me comfortable moving forward with the company. They then assigned Zsolt to be the onsite manager. They worked around my schedule, showed up and knocked it out the park. Any issues or concerns I had, Zsolt was there to take care of it. He kept me updated throughout the day of the entire process of the roof being replaced. Overall awesome experience! As an investor, I need a company who is affordable, honest, and can do the actually do the work. Trust Roofing might be that company. Thanks again!

I contacted Trust Roofing for a quote on full roof replacement. They came out quickly and provided a detailed report. I appreciate all of the photos that they included. Their quote was good for 30 days, but Dallas said they would honor a few weeks after for my situation. I was able to sign the quote digitally and they were quick to get our roof scheduled. We did have a bit of delay due to the materials we chose and some rain. Throughout the process we were kept in the loop of what to expect and when things would happen. On the morning of install the crew showed up at first light and got right to work. They were able to complete our roof in 1 day. I was sent a link to follow along with photos as the project went along. We of course had change orders, but that is to be expected. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently used Trust Roofing to replace my roof, install hurricane straps, and replace my gutters. Being a widow with a young child, I'm very cautious when hiring contractors. I obtained 7 different estimates for this project, however because of Daniel's knowledge, quick response to my questions and understanding of my situation, I decided to use Trust Roofing. I do not know the process for a new roof. All I can do is express my experience with the company.

As mentioned, Daniel was the reason I used Trust Roofing. However, after I decided to move forward and sign the paperwork, it seemed to me that the logistics and/or operations completely fell apart. I had my roof installed a month ago on October 22nd, and today November 20th, the project is finally completed with the permit closed.

The guy's did a great job installing the roof and hurricane straps. On the first day of the project, they worked from 7 am until 7:30 pm and showed up again the next day at 7 am!! Great group of guy's and very hard working! The project manager, Erol was very kind. He seemed way too busy, as my questions via text to him would go unanswered for days. My permit failed twice so that was a constant concern for me and obtaining project updates.

I received their invoice on October 28th. However, there were no financing options for it. Upon requesting financing information, Tara had informed that it's company protocol for customers to be approved with funding before the project begins. Yet, I was never contacted by anyone from the company regarding financing after I signed the papers for Daniel. That was a bit odd to me. Yet, I had to continue to request my invoice. I finally received the financing docs on 11/3 (12 days after project started). However, I had to sign additional financing docs on 11/14 (23 days after the project started) because I was informed that the other financing docs I signed did not include the extra project costs. Also, it looks like I was charged an additional $100 for possibly the permit failures.

I had new gutters installed by a different company, they came and left within a couple of hours. Scheduling for the gutters seemed chaotic. I had to frequently ask about the gutter install, but would never get an answer. I would receive a few different text messages for their scheduled visit, which would always change. Until one day on 11/6 they just showed up unannounced. As shown in the pictures, the gutters installed on my home do not look correct or great. The downspout sizes are small on one side of the house and a couple have extra turns/drops. The back side of the house are missing the bottom splash guards. I'm only guessing that they ran out of materials or had the wrong house. I wish I held on to my old gutters to use for parts.

Today, November 20th (29 days since project started), I was notified that my permit is now closed and my project is complete. The total cost for my roof, the hurricane straps and new gutters is almost $29k dollars, a bit high for the experience I had. I was originally quoted almost $19k without the straps, and including 4 sheets of wood. I had to purchase 10 sheets, yet leftover materials were not refunded. As seen in the pictures, I had 3 leftover sheets. However, I'm still waiting for the mitigation report, which was supposed to be included with my project.

Honestly, I'm neither disappointed or impressed. The ball was dropped so many times with my project that I feel bad for them. I can't imagine how many other people were not billed or perhaps forgotten about. Having my own business with investments for Wall St, my operations and logistics is the oil that makes the engine run. Without it, the engine falls apart. To me, it seems their engine is out of oil or perhaps their marketing boost is too much for them to handle with the influx of customers. Either way, hopefully other clients will have a smoother experience.

Good luck guy's and thank you again!

Michigan did a great job! He was thorough and make sure of the best course of action before executing. He kept me up to date on the progress and was overall a friendly professional. I would call Trust Roofing again. Thanks!
