BEST SERVICE EVER! Thank you! Woke up to no water in the house. Began panicking, thinking I was going to have to go to work without a shower and bed hair. Called these guys upon referral from Auger's Plumbing. Josh was out within the hour and replaced my blown actuator on my well pump in 5 minutes flat. Very reasonable pricing, too! I don't know anything about well pumps - Josh could very easily have told me the whole pump was shot, and I would have forked over $1,000. Thank God for honest, local, family businesses like these guys! HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
We waited a long time for Heidekruger, but they did an EXCELLENT JOB drilling our deep well. Gavin and Beau worked hard to get good, crystal-clear water and, after a full day of back-breaking work, they left us with a clean, basically untouched drill site. I was impressed with the whole operation. Recommended.
I will never call another company... EVER! This company builds their business off of integrity, doing right by their customers, and doing their jobs well. And at fair prices! We had a well pipe break in the back, but even after we repaired the pipe, had issues with our well pump. Because we needed someone out ASAP we tried Climate Experts... Seems like Climate Experts techs main job is to sell you systems you don't need instead of fixing the one you have. Not only did they recommend entirely replacing our pump for $2600 after 3 hours of not being able to figure it out, they also gave us an estimate to replace our 2 year old water heater for $6,700 because of a cracked connector piece for the condensation line! THANK GOD we didn't go with them and had Josh with HeideKruger out instead. He fixed our pump in less than 20 minutes. Maybe even 10. He instantly knew what the problem was and how to fix it - just a few little pieces of rock that had gotten stuck when the pipe broke!
